In this Customizing activity, you determine parameters for reports.
Organizational Management Long Names
You determine in which subtype in the Descriptioninfotype (1002) in Organizational Management you want the system to read the long names for organizational management objects.
You can include long names in the following output forms:
- Form P-1
- Form P-3
- Form P-4
- Sickness Certificate (report HUAASIL0)
Displaying Rejected Employees in Log
You use the parameter GV_LOGRG to adjust how legal reports display employees that work in organizations other than those specified in the Reporting Org. field. You can choose whether or not to display these employees in the Rejected Employees node of the report log.
- Organizational management long names
By default, the system reads long names in the General Descriptionsubtype (0001) in infotype 1002.
- Displaying rejected employees in log
By default, the system displays employees in the Rejected Employees node of the report log independently of their belonging to organizations, and whether or not employees are specified in the Personnel Number field.

Enter the subtype that you want the system to read, by using the following format for program OBJLONGNAMES:

Displaying Rejected Employees in Log
You can set the following values:
- 0 or empty value - Employees are displayed in the Rejected Employees node
- 1 - Employees are not displayed in the Rejected Employees node
- 2 - Only employees chosen in the Personnel Number field are displayed in the Rejected Employees node
Note: You activate use of the Legal Properties (1656) infotype in the Customizing activity Activate/Deactivate Legal Properties (1656) Infotype.
