OHAUA_RES003 - Specify Parameters for Vacation Reserves

In this Customizing activity, you enter parameters that allow you to create, cumulate, and calculate reserves for a vacation for:

• The selected employee group

• The method of ESV contribution calculation

• The algorithm for determining the number of vacation days that an employee is entitled to according to the specified absence quota that lies within the calculation period

• The rounding rule for days in the vacation reserves calculation

The values that you enter in this Customizing activity determine the correct working of the UARES function.

You have performed the Customizing activity Specify Employee Groups for Reserves (for maintaining feature 36RSR).

Enter the following values:

• Absence quota type

• Modifier for reserves that determines the employee group for reserves processing

• Start and End date - period for reserves processing

• Wage type that specified for vacation reserves

• Flag indicates if ESV part for obligations should be calculated using the Effective rate

• Name of customer object class for vacation reserves calculation

• Rounding rule for days for vacation reserves calculation
