OHAUA_SICKREP_000 - Activate/Deactivate Legal Properties (1656) Infotype

In this Customizing activity, you can adjust the status or valid period of the parameter UAGBI.

When you switch the UAGBI parameter on, you activate use of the Legal Properties (1656) infotype in the Organization Management. In this case, the Sickness Certificate Printing (HUAASIL0) report uses the master data saved in the infotype 1656 to fills out the fields that present the employee's organizational information; otherwise the report reads such information from other infotypes (for example the Organizational Assignment infotype 0001) to fill out those fields.

You have set up structure of legal entiries in your company.

In the standard solution, the UAGBI is swiched on. To switch it off, leave the Value field blank.
