In this Customizing activity, you can find information about the data acquisition (DAQ) subapplication UASL. The Sickness Certificate Printing (HUAASIL0) report uses this subapplication to fill and print the reverse side of the Sickness Certificate.

You can find the content of the subapplication UASL in the Customizing activity Define Fields and Conditions in Forms.

In the standard system, the subapplication comprises only one section MAIN.

The following form conditions return the number scope of years in which an employee gets insured:

• SLS1: Less than 5 years

• SLS2: From 5 to 8 years

• SLS3: More than 8 years

The following form conditions return the nature of an employee's work (various type of contracts):

• SLT1: Permanent

• SLT2: Temporary

• SLT3: Seasonal

In addition, the table reading condition AVSL defines the average rules that facilitates the report to fill out the Salary Data section in the form.
