In this Customizing activity, you define absences that are relevant for Maternity leave.

The Statistical Form 1-PV (HUAL1PV0) report uses this data to calculate the employees on Maternity leave.

You define the relevant absences by assigning the given attendance or absence types to the Pregnancy & Childbirth (PR) attendance or absence group.
