In this Customizing activity, you define the time type codes that you use with reports that read time evaluation results.

The reports use time type codes to enter an employee's time evaluation data in the required fields in the output form. You create a time type code for each field in the output form. The reports use time code types that are either hard-coded in the report or are defined in the DAQ subapplication settings for the given field.

The standard system contains the required time type codes for the fields in the forms shipped as standard.

If you define the time type codes in this Customizing activity, you can assign time types to them in the Customizing activity Assign Time Types to Time Type Codes.

You can also assign time type codes to the reports in the Customizing activityAssign Time Type Codes to Reports.
