OHAUA_TTC_003 - Assign Time Type Codes to Reports

In this Customizing activity, you assign time type codes to reports that read time evaluation results when generating an output form.

The reports then use these time type codes to enter an employee's time evaluation data in the required fields in the output form.

• You have defined the reports in the Customizing activityDefine Reports for Wage Type Code Assignments.

• You have defined time type codes in the Customizing activity Define Time Type Codes.

• You have assigned the time type codes to the time type code in the Customizing activity Assign Time Type to Time Type Codes.

1. You have defined Report1 and Report2 in the Customizing activity Define Reports for Wage Type Code Assignments.
2. You have defined time type codes TTC1, TTC2, TTC3, and TTC4 in the Customizing activity Define Time Type Codes.
3. You have assigned time types to the time type codes TTC1, TTC2, TTC3, and TTC4 in the Customizing activity Assign Time Type to Time Type Codes.
4. For Report1, you want to use time type codes TTC1, TTC2, and TTC3. For Report2, you want to use time type codes TTC1, TTC2, TTC3, and TTC4.

Therefore, in this Customizing activity, you make assignments as follows:

• You assign the time type codes TTC1, TTC2, and TTC3 to Report1.

• You assign the time type codes TTC1, TTC2, TTC3, and TTC4 to Report2.
