In this Customizing activity, you can find the information on the UAWT DAQ subapplication.

The HUALWTR1 report uses this subapplication to enhance existing fields from payroll tables with additional fields from the DAQ form. Xml-encoding is determined by value entered in the field ENXML of the form definition, see Define Fields and Conditions in Forms, by default XML encoding is UTF-8.

In the standard system, the subapplication contains the following sections:

  • HEAD - Form Header
    This section contains fields with values relevant to the employer, with the field type Multi Employee. These fields are processed all together. After running the report, the fields from the HEAD section are transferred directly to the header of the ALV table. These fields cannot be selected from the report selection screen.
  • BODY - Employee's Table
    This section contains fields with non-payroll data relevant to the employee, with the field type Single Employee, for example, personal data.
    Before running the report, fields from the BODY section are added with the addition of DAQ: to their names to the Field Selection, and after running the report, these fields are displayed in the ALV table.

Note: To ensure correct results, specify attribute Data Structure (field DATST) with a data type description for each DAQ field.
