If you want to use distribution rules based on customer-defined wage types, and if these have to be calculated from the tax result, the distribution must be separated from the tax calculation.
Change schema UTAC as follows:
Replace the line:

with the following line and your own (customer-specific) processing:

(insert customer-specific processing)
and then add:

Within the customer-specific processing, the tax results are available in tables RT_PERSON and IT_PERSON.
