OHAUTX00600 - Suggest tax area on HR Renewal

In this Customizing activity, you enable the integration of BSI TaxLocator into the HR Renewal when creating or updating the Residence Tax Area (0207) or Work Tax Area(0208) infotypes with the BSI TaxLocator functionality active.

This activity is relevant for all customers who use BSI TaxFactory version 10.0 and onwards.

In the standard system, therefore, you must implement it in this activity according to the needs of your company.

Execute this Customizing activity and define the value of the BSIRW (BSI: SUGGEST TAX AREA ON HR RENEWAL) configuration option by making the corresponding entry in table view V_T599K2, according to the needs of your company. The possible values are as follows:

• '0' Suggest the most repeated tax area(default option): With this option, the system will display the tax area most frequent repeated amongst all the tax areas returned by BSI.

• '1' Only suggest when there is one tax area: With this option, the system will automatically fill in the tax area when only one tax area is returned by BSI. In case of more multiple tax areas, the system will leave the field empty.

After activating this activity, when creating or updating the 0207 and 0208 infotypes in the HR Renewal, the system will show the data brought by BSI TaxLocator as a search help (F4) in HR Renewal.
