OHAVAAREG003 - Check Assignment of Occupation Codes to Positions

In this Customizing activity, you can assign occupation codes to job keys.

The system uses this assignment to determine an employee's occupation using the job key stored in the Organizational Assignment (0001) infotype.

• If you use job keys in the system, you have assigned one occupation code to each job key.

• If you do not use job keys, you can create one dummy job key'for each occupation code that you use. You can make this setting in Customizing for Personnel Management under Personnel Administration → Organizational data → Organizational Assignment → Organizational Structure → Define Jobs.

If you do not use personnel planning, you must make sure this is set in the PLOGI feature. For more information, see the documentation of the feature in the system.

• You have checked the occupation codes in Customizing for Payroll Norway under EDAG reporting -> Employment reporting -> Occupation code -> Check Catalog of Occupation Codes.

There are no delivered entries because any assignment depends on your customer-specific job keys used in the Organizational Assignment (0001) infotype.
