The feature VSL20 must be be customized for the Self-declare Illness
Report to be able to check the self-declared illness quotas of
employees. The feature decides how many self-declared illnesses are
allowed in a 12-month period and how many days each of them may be. It
also specifies the carenteen period (number of months) when the
employee has reached the maximum number of self-declare illnesses.

The following selection parameters are available from infotypes 0001
and 0008:
P0001-BUKRS Company code
P0001-WERKS Personnel area
P0001-BTRTL Personnel subarea
P0001-PERSG Employee group
P0001-PERSK Employee subgroup
P0008-TRFAR Pay scale type
P0008-TRFGB Pay scale area
P0008-TRFGR Pay scale group
P0008-TRFST Pay scale level

The output of the feature is a 6-character string, described below:

Pos 1-2 This is the number of self-declared illnesses allowed during
12 months.

Pos 3-4 Maximum number of days that can be reported using a self-
declaration. These are consecutive days (counting days off)
and count as one instance.

Pos 5-6 Carenteen period. The number of months that an employee
cannot use self-declaration after reaching the maximum
number of self-declared illnesses.

The feature has been set up to provide an example of how this feature
can be used. The decision tree distinguishes on infotype 0001 and 0008
values. The top level node is the personnel area. Personnel belonging
to personnel area NO01 all have the same settings. Those belonging to
NO02 are divided into two groups: personnel subarea 0001 and others.
Personnel who do not belong to NO01 nor NO02 are checked for pay scale
type and pay scale area.

In most cases all personnel in the system will have the minimum
self-delcared illness quota of four absences of maximum three days each
and a block period of six months when reaching four absences. This
gives an output string equal to '040306'.

The standard setup can be used as example.
