OHAVAREM_0025 - Assign Wage Types for Absence Reimbursements Basis

In this IMG activity, you configure wage types that form the basis for absence reimbursement by assigning the specification 1 to the processing class 2 of the appropriate wage types. You have to maintain these wage types for the payroll to calculate the basis for absence reimbursement.
Note:
- The wage types that form the absence reimbursement basis are the ones that are assigned to the cumulation wage type BASE in the previous IMG activity Assign Wage Types to Cumulation Wage Types.
- The wage types related to the additional payments or recurring payments are identified using the evaluation class 10 and should not be configured here. You can set these wage types in the next IMG activity Assign Additional Wage Types for Absence Reimbursements.
To set up absence reimbursement basis wage types:
- Flag the wage types you want to use as absence reimbursement reporting wage types.
- Choose Goto -> Details.
- Enter the specification 1 against each wage type for processing class 2.
- Navigate between the wage types using Goto -> Next Entry.
