OHAVEVL001 - Copy schema for indicating statutory leave method of payment

In this activity, you indicate the method to use for valuating the statutory leave quota with the old wage.

To valuate the statutory leave quota with the old wage, you must determine the maximum number of years your company allows leave to be accumulated. Use the PERIO parameter to do this, which in the standard system has a periodicity of three years. Should you wish to use a periodicity other than that offered by the standard system, copy the VEAL schema and change the periodicity parameter:

If the periodicity is under three years, change the value 0003.

If the periodicity is over three years, use the wage types offered by the system for the first three years and generate a customer wage type /09X for each additional year. To create wage types /09X, use the leave valuation bases /011, /012 and /013 , or the leave bonus valuation bases /021, /022 and /023, as a model.

Note

If you want to valuate the statutory leave quota with the current wage, you do not need to change the schema.
