OHAVFE002 - Customize accrual from time management

To set up the accrual part of the holiday allowance handling you have to customize leave accruals in time management.
Please follow the instructions given in chapter Managing Time Accounts with Attendance/Absence Quotas of the time management IMG.
The program running by year end creating quotas for next year, does not create transferred days. For that reason the ordinary paid quotas should be customized to be deductable for two years. The second year, the days are regarded as transferred days.
