OHAVMOS40 - Assign personell area / subarea to Legal Person

In this step you assign your personnel areas / subareas to a "legal person".

An important function of this "legal person" is to provide two payroll results in the period when an employee, in the middle of a payroll period, change from one company to another.

Reporting from one payroll result will allways be routed to only one reporting number. It is therefor essential that each reporting number is connected to a separat legal person.

PA/Psubarea -> Legal person
NO01 / 0001 -> NO01
NO01 / 0002 -> NO01
NO02 / 0001 -> NO02
NO02 / 0002 -> NO02

- You have defined your personnel areas.

- Clarify which personnel area belongs to which legally independent company.

Assign your personnel areas / subareas to a "legal person". You may use any 4 digit name for this legal person. t
