OHAVSSBWT - Check wage types

The SSB statistical report contains salary information for each emplyoee being reported ('Loennspost'). The information to be reported are contained in wage types in payroll results from the reporting year and the previous year. To make the mapping of wage types to the variables to be reported flexible, this mapping is done using an evaluation class 11. Wage types having the same value in this evaluation class are cumulated into a variable that is reported in the corresponding field in the statistical report. Following values are used.

01 Hourly based wage (Timeloenn)
02 Salary (Fast Loenn)
03 Basis for holiday allowance
04 Outpaid overtime wages (Overtidsbetaling)
05 Additional payments (Uregelmessig tillegg)
06 Bonus
07 Utvalg1
08 Utvalg2

These values specified by SSB. The meaning of the last two values are not specified by SSB until they request the report.
