Report RPCEDTx0 prints out payroll results (x= HCM localization).

You normally print out a gross payroll form for incentive wage earners, in addition to the payroll form. Essentially, the gross form lists the time tickets and, in some cases, several result wage types from Payroll.

The standard SAP system contains the following forms:

  • XL08 Time tickets without subsequent time tickets 80 columns
  • XL09 Time tickets without subsequent time tickets 80 columns
(X= HCM localization)

The standard SAP system also includes the forms DL08 and DL09 for Germany, for example.

  1. Make sample printouts of the standard incentive wages forms.
  2. Determine which changes are necessary for your form.
  3. Copy the corresponding sample forms.
  4. Complete the following to ensure printout of the wage types on the form:
    1. Perform the steps in the section Wage Type Assignment for Form Printing. Define a value for the wage types in the incentive wages, in evaluation class 2.
    2. In the Check procedure in Payroll activity, maintain the defined characteristic for the wage types in evaluation class 2.
  5. Modify the form layout in the activity Form editor.
    1. The following table indicators must be available for incentive wages:
  • LLE Time tickets for individual incentive wages

  • LLG Time tickets for group incentive wages

These time tickets originate in Incentive Wages.
  • LLEF Time tickets with subsequent time tickets in individual incentive wages

  • LLGF Time tickets with subsequent time tickets in group incentive wages

Subsequent time tickets are time tickets that originate in payroll.
  1. If you want to indicate old and new time tickets in the form in the event of retroactive accounting, use the field LS2-STATU in line layout. The form displays old time tickets with the indicator '-' and new time tickets with the indicator '+'. This display is relevant for the table indicators LLEF and LLGF.

You can use the indicators LLE and LLG to print time tickets for payroll periods for which no payroll has been run yet. However, the indicators LLEF and LLGF require payroll results for the desired period. Thus, it serves no purpose to use both the indicators LLE and LLG and the indicators LLEF and LLGF on one form.
