OHAZA_ESS02 - Default Effective Date for Salary Packaging

With this feature (16EFD), you assign the effective date for salary package restructuring.

Employee's can start to model their package based on the date defaulted with this feature.

For example, 20000101 means that within your organization, employee's can begin modeling their new package starting 01 January 2000 (with the syntax YYYYMMDD).
