In this step you maintain the Compensation Group feature (CMGRP). With this feature, you default organizational assignment to compensation groups (as set up in the previous step).

For South Africa, the personnel subarea 0002 (Sales) defaults to the compensation group SALE (Sales).

Personnel subareas and compensation groups must be maintained before performing this step.

Based on your country grouping (MOLGA) and organizational assignment, set default values for your organization to compensation groups.
