OHA_UAQUOTACOMP02 - Assign Wage Types to Absence Quota Compensation or Deduction

In this Customizing activity, you enter wage types that store compensations or deductions for absence quota days.

Use you these wage types when you want to perform the following actions:

-,,Compensate unused absence quotas upon termination

-,,Compensate unused absence quotas from the previous years

-,,Deduct overused absence quotas

If you perform this action, you can select a type of average rate that determines what amount the system deducts in the end for an employee

You have performed the following Customizing activities:

• Activate Absence Compensation/Deduction Process

• Assign Wage Types to the Quotas to Be Compensated

The system uses these wage types when it processes the UA416 and UAOUD payroll functions.
