In this step, you define termination variants. These consist simply of an identifier and a description.
Your company allows different coverage continuation periods for employees participating in health plans who experience different types of termination.
For health plans, one termination variant HLTH is defined.
- Determine which termination variants are required by your organization.
- Choose New entries and enter and enter a four-character identifier and a description for each variant.
- Save your entries.
