OHBEN6140 - Define Point Unit Prices

In this step, you define the unit price for the retirement benefit points. You can calculate the retirement benefit resource by multiplying the unit price by the points assigned to the employee.

You define the point unit price on a company basis,, which is applicable to all the retirement benefit points assigned to the same company code.

• You have defined the retirement benefit points in Define Points

• You have assigned the retirement benefit points in Assign Points to Company Codes

The upper limitation for point unit price is JPY 10,000,000 exclusively.

• If you decide the point unit price by decision factor,

1. Select one factor type for a company code from Age or Seniority
2. Specify a key date for calculating the age or seniority. This date is decided regarding the point assignment period.

For more information about assignment period generation, refer to IMG documentation of the activities under Point Value Calculation --> Assignment Period

The Pre-birthday Check indicator is only applicable to Age factor type.

• If you define a point unit price with a fixed value, use the No Decision Factor option.

Note:

Make sure that no time overlap or time gap exists between entries.
