OHBEN63211 - Define Job Grades

In this step, you define the job grades that are used for grouping the employees in the company. You can use employee's job grade as a decision factor during point assignment and basis payment calculation process.

Refer to the sample entries to create your own job grade definitions.

You can modify the standard definitions by BAdI: Modify Job Grade Definitions.
