This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the Personal Administration Japan (PA-PA-JP) component.

You can use this Business Add-In (BAdI) to modify the judgment of the job grade grouping that defined by feature in the system.

In the standard system, there is no activated BAdI implementation. The BAdI is designed for multiple use. All activated implementations are called and executed. The BAdI is filter-dependent.

Information about the implementation of BAdIs in the context of the Enhancement Concept is available in the SAP Library for SAP NetWeaver under BAdIs - Implementation.

The BAdI uses the interface IF_HRPAYJP_CP_JOB_GRADE and methodGET_JOB_GRADE
