If you use the retirement benefit points as the basis while calculating the basis payment or standard payment, you need to decide which point to use; in addition, if you implement more than one retirement benefit plans, you need to decide how to allocate the specified points to different plans.
In this step, you define the point allocation groups. You can assign more than one points to a group for allocation.
Each combination of a benefit point and an allocation group determines one point allocation method.
