OHBEN6420 - Assign SI Modifier to Allocation Group

In this step, you assign the social insurance modifier to each combination of a retirement benefit point and a point allocation group. Such a combination corresponds to a specific point allocation method. If different social insurance modifiers use the same allocation method, you can assign them to the same combination.
You have created definitions of allocation groups in Define Allocation Group.
Make sure the value of point and allocation group match with settings in Define Allocation Group.
