When a participant leaves the corporate-type define contribution (DC) corporate pension plan, if his or her service years are less than a predefined number of years, the employer can ask the employee to return the employer part of the cumulated contributions.

In this Customizing activity, you define the required number of service years by using the payroll parameter Max Year for Pension Return (MAXYR).

This step only applies to the DC corporate pension plans.
