OHBEN7431 - Define Individual Account Balance Parameters

In cash balance plans, accumulated retirement benefit resource is called individual account balance. Generally, to calculate the interest amount, you multiply employee's individual account balance of a certain date by the reassessment rate.
In this step, you define the date, on which to retrieve the individual account balance for a calculation group in a cash balance plan.
For each combination of a calculation group and a plan, the standard parameter that represents the individual account balance is VIAB.
