OHBEN7631 - Define Representative Company

If more than more companies participate in a specific corporate-type defined contribution plan, you need:

• Select one company as a representative during data communication with the external institutions and the authorities

• Define all the other participant companies as the implementing companies

For both steps, you need enter the company numbers, which are given by the external institutions for data categorizing and recording purpose.

In this IMG activity, you input the selected representative company information.

You can assign only one representative company for each plan.

The definitions of the representative company and the implementing companies are mutually exclusive with each other. You cannot assign an implementing company in the same plan as the representative company.
