OHBPSDEGR01 - Define Benefit Request Dependent Eligibility Grouping

In this step, you define the dependent eligibility groupings and determine how dependents are allocated to these groupings. You do this in order to assign different eligibility rules to different groups of dependents for different request types. Thus, you need to customize the following implementation steps:

• Define Benefit Request Type Eligibility Rule

• Define Benefit Request Type Eligibility Rule Attributes

To create a new eligibility grouping for dependents,

1. Select the benefit area.
2. Choose New entries.
3. Enter a four-character identifier and description for the grouping (Identifier exceeding four character is not allowed to input).
4. Save your entries.
