OHBPSRCAT - Define Benefit Request Category

For BPS, each request is of a certain request type, and each request type is of a certain request category. SAP defines the following request categories:

• Education Fee

• Resort

• Congratulations and Condolence

• Gift

• Self Development

• Medical Examination

• Medical Claim

You can create new request category:

1. Choose New entries.
2. Enter a two-character identifier and description (Identifier exceeding two character is not allowed to input).
3. Save your entries.
