OHBPSRTDTL02 - Define Benefit Request Type Status

In this step, you define the request detail status for a request type to specify whether one request type is already booked or cancelled etc.

For example, the request type Gift, you define the different request detail status:

• Booked

• Cancelled

To create a request detail status for a particular request type,

1. Select the benefit area.
2. Choose New entries.
3. Choose one request type.
4. Enter a one-character identifier and description (Identifier exceeding one character is not allowed to input).
5. Save your entries.
