OHBPSUSEREXIT3 - User Exit for Carry over Points Calculation

With this user exit, if there are benefit points carried over from the previous account period, you can define the way to carry over the remaining points to the current benefit point account.

Create a new implementation for SAP definition.

Define SAP definition named as HR_BPS_CARRY_RULE to the project.
