OHBX1102 - Assign standard text

In this module, you assign a specific standard text to an applicant short profile.

In the standard system, the standard text APPLICANT_SHORT_PROFILE is assigned.

Maintain the decision tree of the SHPRO feature (Text module for brief applicant description). You can make the text module assignment dependent on both the applicant's organizational assignment and/or his or her user group.

If feature SHPRO is not maintained, the standard text APPLICANT_SHORT_PROFILE is automatically read.

You can display a standard text containing a short profile with administrative contents for personnel administrators (e.g. applicant activities). However, for employees who are maintained via field USERG (e.g. line managers),it can be useful to display a different standard text for the applicant's short profile e.g. one that shows the applicant's resume and qualifications.

The assignment of the standard text is controlled by the decision fields SACHP (HR Master Data Administrator) and USERG (User Group) in feature SHPRO. Line managers are assigned using the USERG field.
