The tables which are set up here are used for the storage of numeric

data at SIREN/NIC level. This data is not calculated/issued from the HR module.

The program of the Social Balance will then be able to extract from these tables the numeric data corresponding to a given indicator.

Each entry in the table is associated with a code and a validity period.

  1. Define first the CHAR type codes (zone "DCODE") and their texts.
  2. Then enter the associated data such as
  • the SIREN,

  • the NIC,

  • the validity period,

  • the numeric data, which correspond
    - either to an amount (in which case it is also necessary to enter a currency in the column provided),
    - or another value.

  1. To use the numeric data in the calculations linked to the indicators for the Social Balance, specify this in the selection criteria tables associated with the indicators.
To do this, perform the two activities described in the work step "Set the selection criteria linked to the indicators".
    1. Associate at first the NOHR criterion with the indicator concerned in the activity "Associate the selection criteria with the indicators".
    2. Then define the three subcriteria in the activity "Specify the selection criteria" which designate
  • the type of quantity (DCODE),
  • the first calculation rule (CRULE) ;
the CRSIMPLE and CRTOTAL options are used to total up the data stocked per establishment to obtain a result corresponding to the entire company.
  • the CRSIMPLE option is used to total up directly the data for the establishments

  • the CRTOTAL option indicates that it is necessary to add a quantity stored for the company to this total.

  • the second calculation rule (SRULE) with the CSAMNT options (in order to calculate the total) or CSAVG (to calculate the average).

Example given for a company statement in the industrial sector:
The numeric data corresponding to the code RE_CE_CS is used for the indicator 612 (number of meetings of the central committee and commissions).
The following sub-criteria are associated with the NOHR

  • DCODE = RE_CE_CS

  • CRULE = CRSIMPLE

  • SRULE = CSAMNT
