OHFBNCC01 - Specify Special Option for Company Car (FLEX)

Specify Special Option for Company Car (FLEX)

In this step, you specify the option type for each option of the company car plan. The predefined option types include:

• Option of integrating to the Company Car infotype (0442)

The infoytpe 0442 has a subtype named as COMP, in order to integrate to the infotype 0442, you should configure an identifier COMP which has the same name with the infotype 0442 subtype COMP. The flexed value for this option comes from the infotype 0442, the period of flexed value is maintained in the Customizing step: Specify Flexible Benefits Cost Period for Company Car (FLEX).

• Option of car allowance

With this option, you can carry out the actual enrollments in Flexible Benefits. The record of infotype 0442 is not required since the employee opts out a company car but selects the allowance.

• Option with estimated benefit cost for company car

With this option, you are not allowed to perform the actual enrollments. The estimated benefit cost is only for display purposes; thus no record of infotype 0442 is required.

For the company car plan CARM - Car Medium, two options have been defined in the previous implementation step:

• COMP - Company car

• CASH - Car allowance

In this step, you specify the option type for these two options of the company car plan:

Option		Option type
COMP		Integrating to infotype 0442
CASH		Car allowance

 

1. Select a company car plan under a benefit area.
2. For each option under a company car plan, specify the corresponding option type.
3. Save your entries.
