OHFBNFA04 - Prorate Annual Flexible Benefits Plan Cost (FLEX)

For some annual Flexible Benefits plans such as health screening plans and holiday plans of GB Flexible Benefits, the annual cost occurred are divided by each payroll period. For newly hired employees, you may need to prorate the annual cost of these kinds of benefits for the current benefits year.

1. Execute this IMG activity.
2. Select your required benefit area when prompted and confirm your selection.
3. Select the option New Entries.
4. Enter the four-character identifier of each benefit plan you want to set the flag of cost prorate
5. Mark the flag Prorate on Annual.
