Define Limitations for Holiday Buying/Selling (FLEX)

In this step, you define limit grouping for holiday buying and selling. Specifically, you define the following for different groups:

1. Maximum number of holidays the employee can buy
2. Maximum number of holidays the employee can sell
3. Maximum value of holiday quota the employee is entitled to
4. Minimum value of holiday quota the employee is entitled to

1. Choose the holiday plan under a benefit area.
2. Choose New entries, in the Limit grouping field, enter a grouping which has been defined in the previous implementation step Define Holiday Buying/Selling Grouping.
3. Enter the start date and end date.
4. Enter numbers in the following fields:

• Max buying holiday

• Max selling holiday

• Max quota number

• Min quota number

To check the time unit of the quota you have entered, you go to the implementation step: Define Holiday Buying/Selling Attributes

1. Save your entries.

For the limit group A, you define that employees of this group can buy a maximum of 5 days holiday, sell a maximum of 3 days holiday, the maximum value of their absence quotas is 35, and the minimum value of their absence quota is 25.
