OHFBNMP00 - Miscellaneous Plans for Flexible Benefits

To configure the GB-specific flexible benefits plans for Holiday Buying/Selling, Personal Pensions or Company Car, you must carry out the activities contained in the following IMG sections :

• Benefits Administration -> Plans-> Holiday Plan (FLEX)

• Benefits Administration -> Plans-> Pensions Plan (FLEX)

• Benefits Administration -> Plans-> Company Car (FLEX)

Note: Do not configure the above three plans in this section.

Use this section to configure all other miscellaneous plans.

In the Flexible Benefits System for Great Britain (FlexBens), the maintenance of contribution type per benefit plan is not currently supported. Therefore, the following sub-nodes of the Benefits Administration IMG node Miscellaneous Plansare NOT supported in FlexBens :

+Define Credit Rules

+Define Employee Contribution Variants

+Define Employee Contribution Rules

+Define Employer Contribution Variants

+Define Employer Contribution Rules

+Vesting

,,+Define Vesting Rules

,,+Define Vested Portions

+Investments

,,+Define Investment Groups

,,+Assign Investments to Groups
