Check Assignment to Wage Type Group (FLEX)

In this step, you check the settings for assigning wage types to wage type groups. You can check the existing assignments of wage types to wage type groups and change these existing assignments.

Specifically for GB Flexible Benefits, you must check (and amend if necessary) all wage types that are assigned to the wage type group FBN0.

The country-specific wage type group FBN0 already exists in the standard system.

Note:

If you remove a wage type from the wage type group FBN0, this wage type can no longer be edited in the logical views to which it was assigned.

To check the assignment of wage types to wage type group FBN0:

  1. In the Wage type group field, enter the key for the wage type group FBN0.
  2. Choose Display.
  3. Choose Selected wage types.
You see only the wage types that are already contained in the wage type group FBN0.

To change the assignment of wage types to the wage type group FBN0:

  1. In the Wage type group field, enter the key for the wage type group FBN0.
  2. Choose Create/change.
A list appears that contains all available wage types. Wage types that are already assigned to the wage type group FBN0 are flagged.
  1. Select a wage type that you wish to include in the wage type group.
  2. If you wish to remove a wage type from the wage type group, delete the flagged wage type.
  • Save your changes.
