Report type is the logical name of a specific legal report type, for example, RSV-1, 4FSS, and so on.

To define a report type, proceed as follows:

1. Define a period type.
2. Define a calendar.
3. Define a report type.
4. Redefine customer report types.
5. Assign a period type to the newly created report type.
6. Define business checks.
