In this Customizing activity, you assign subtypes of infotype 3400 to personal data infotypes. The system automatically updates the Earliest Retro Reporting Date for the corresponding subtype of infotype 3400 when the assigned subtype of a personal data infotype is updated for an employee.
When you create an entry, if you leave the subtype of the selected personal data infotype empty, your setting will apply to all subtypes of that particular infotype.
