OHIAROR004 - Define ART company data

In this section you specify the data corresponding to the Labor Risk
Insurance Company (ART). This data includes:

1. The ART code provided by the Labor Risk Supervisory Office
   (SRT)
2. The ART Taxpayer Identification Number (CUIT).
   
3. Name and address of the ART.

1. Specify the ART with which your company works.
2. Indicate the ART code and CUIT.
3. Update ART address details.
4. Save your entries.
