Previous employment for the Belgian Public sector is stored in infotype Careerhistory - 0623 via different subtypes.

Each subtype indicates the sector where the employee previously worked. These subtypes are maintained.

Your employee worked for 2 years as a teacher before joining your adminstration. You therefore create an infotype Careerhistory - 0623 record for these 2 years, entering the number of years and months of seniority that he or she obtained in the appropriate fields.

0001,,Pubic sector

0002,,Private sector

0003,,Education sector

0004,,Absence not contributing to service
