Institution codes:

Codes in the range of 0000 - 0999 : French speaking institutions

Codes in the range of 1000 - 1999 : Dutch speaking institutions

Codes in the range of 2000 -9999 and AAAA - ZZZZ are free to use

In Belgium there are several Child Allowance Funds. Each of these funds are institutions.
You can group all these Child Allowance Funds together by withing the same institutional group. Other groups are Payroll offices, Social Insurance offices ...
