OHIBEPBS017 - Date of switch to new personnel statute

This feature BPSNS is used to indicate as of which date the change is made from the old to the new personnel statute.

As off 01/01/1994 the new personnel statute for civil servants has been introduced in towns, cities or other public organisations. The decision to change can only be made on governmental level but each employee can choose if he or she wants to transfer to the new personnel statute or not.

This feature allows you to define the transfer date on a company structure level . If employees decide to stay in the old personnel statute, the checkbox 'Old Personnel Statute' (P0622-BPSNS) on infotype Contract Elements (0016) should be marked.

The fields that can be used to set up the decision tree of the feature BPSNS are:

BUKRS,,Company Code

WERKS,,Personnel Area

BTRTL,,Personnel Subarea

PERSG,,Employee Group

PERSK,,Employee Subgroup

For organisational reasons, you want to destinguish between several groups of employees in your administration for the transfer to the new personnel statute.

Set up the decision tree and assign different dates as the outcome of the decisions.

You should know how to create a decision tree.

Modify feature BPBSN as required to specify the date when your administration changed to the new personnel statute.
