This section of the implementation guide defines the codes corresponding to the transportation lines used by the employee when going and coming to work.

This table is used to fill in information regarding transportation codes included in infotype 0410 Transportation ticket.

0001 - Viação Paulista Ltda.
0002 - Fepasa
0003 - North-south subway line

Before performing this step, please create transportation types. To do so, please follow the instructions:

Maintain transportation types in section Personnel administration -> Personnel administration -> Payroll data -> Transportation ticket -> Maintain transportation types.

  1. Code for transportation line.
  2. Select entry for transportation type code.
  3. Monetary value of transportation means freight.
  4. Select entry for transportation ticket frequency.
  5. Save your entries.
