Classes of employee attributes are defined in this work step.

Enter two descriptions for these classes. The short text serves as a field identifier for the infotype. The long text serves as a header in the possible values.

A cardinality is entered to stipulate whether,

  • only one,
  • a maximum of one,
  • a minimum of one,

or any number of attribute(s) are entered for each employee for the respective class. The cardinality controls the entry check for the infotype fields that are assigned to the class.

  1. A 'cadre level' attribute class has the cardinality ''only one''. The possible cadre levels are the employee attributes to which this attribute class is assigned.
  2. An ''authorization'' attribute class has the cardinality ''any number''.

The attribute classes ''cadre level'' (in accordance with BIGA) and ''authorization'' are delivered. The cardinality for the ''cadre level'' is defined as ''a maximum of one'' so that an entry cannot be forced for the infotype.

In the event that you want to use the ''cadre level'' attribute class, you should change the cardinality to ''only one''.

Enter a key for the attribute class, the corresponding cardinality and two identifications (different lengths).
