OHIC0480 - Maintain general pension fund data

In this step, you store the basic data for the Pension Fund Act (BVG) and the pension funds, which is needed for payroll accounting to be performed correctly, in the system. You create these as payroll accounting parameters in the R/3 system.

The most important parameters have already been stored in the standard R/3 system.

• BVGKA,,BVG Coordination deduction

• BVGMI,,BVG Coordinate minimum

• BVGMX,,BVG Maximum

If you want to adjust the value of a parameter that already exists, choose Delimit. Then enter the validity period and the new value.

Proceed as follows if you want to create a new parameter:

1. Choose New entries.
2. Specify the parameter key and the validity period.
3. Enter a value and a meaning for the parameter.
